Agreement to Terms

Services Description

Summerville Hoarding Cleanup provides professional hoarding cleanup, biohazard remediation, debris removal, and related restoration services in the Summerville, Charleston, and greater Lowcountry area of South Carolina. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Whole-house hoarding cleanup
  • Kitchen and bathroom recovery
  • Debris removal and clutter organization
  • Biohazard and hazard remediation
  • Emergency hoarding services
  • Animal hoarding cleanup
  • Trauma and unattended death cleanup

Free Assessments

We offer free, confidential assessments to evaluate the scope of work needed. An assessment does not obligate you to use our services. Following the assessment, we will provide a detailed written estimate for the proposed work.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided on a per-project basis following an in-person assessment. Prices quoted in the estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided before work begins.

Service Agreement

Before any work begins, both parties will sign a service agreement that outlines:

  • Scope of work to be performed
  • Estimated timeline for completion
  • Total cost and payment schedule
  • Any special conditions or requirements

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and the situation
  • Ensure legal authority to authorize work on the property
  • Provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times
  • Communicate any known hazards or safety concerns
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, property conditions, and service details. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

Safety and Compliance

Our team follows all applicable OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and South Carolina state requirements for biohazard remediation and waste disposal. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and all necessary certifications for the services we provide.

Limitation of Liability

Summerville Hoarding Cleanup will exercise reasonable care in performing services. However, we shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the property that is discovered during cleanup
  • Items that are disposed of in accordance with the agreed-upon service plan
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.
